【モロッコの青い階段】

モロッコのシャウエン地域に存在する”青い階段”。

シャウエンの街が青い理由は、スペインから追われた人々がここに定住した際、青色が天や神を示す神聖な色であることから建物を青く染めたから、と言われています。

よく見ると、淡い水色から深い青まで、さまざまな青色が使い分けられています。
